The deadline for this year is December 31, 2020, but Milestones is recommending the sooner the better for community health and to get ahead of any possible vaccine shortages. If your student receives their flu vaccine offsite, please either email a scan or photo of documentation or turn in a hard copy to our School Nurse, Lyn Ross: LRoss@advancingmilestones.com as soon as possible and ideally by December 18, 2020 to assist with our recording of compliance prior to the state’s deadline. You may also email Lyn if you have any questions regarding the requirement or if you have a documented medical or religious exemption. As usual, we are offering a Free Onsite Flu Shot Clinic for staff at Milestones. ** This year we are pleased to announce that the Free Flu Shot Clinic will also be open to all students.Clinic Date: September 28, 2020: Clinic time slots will be assigned in order to maintain social distancing.

Milestones is still intending to offer an opportunity for faculty and families to connect regarding these topics, although this year’s model will be modified to be virtual in accordance with health and safety restrictions. Next week we will share more information with families about the specific schedule for this optional opportunity.
