Optional Brief Survey for Parents/Guardians regarding Fall Programming

As our team has been preparing for our return to onsite summer instruction, we have also been actively preparing for fall programming. As we shared previously, all schools are required to submit 3 proposed models of instruction to DESE for consideration (fully onsite, a hybrid model of partial onsite and partial remote instruction, and fully remote). The priority is to aim to return to school fully onsite in the fall, if possible (5 days per week for all students whose parents/guardians consent for onsite participation). The timeframe for this process is that schools are required to submit preliminary plan summaries to DESE by July 31st and comprehensive plans by August 10th for their review.
To assist with our fall planning, we have developed a very brief optional survey for parents/guardians that we anticipate will take only about a minute to complete. *If you would like to offer input, please visit the link below to submit your preferences by Wednesday of next week, July 22nd. * Please note that this survey is for general school wide data collection purposes and planning, and individual families will still have the opportunity to reconfirm your comfort level about your student’s onsite or remote participation prior to our fall start date.
