Milestones’ expertise is educating students with disabilities that may affect their academic achievement, social communication, executive functioning, sensory processing, and coping skills. These challenges often impact students’ abilities to access both their education and therapeutic functioning. Many of our students are diagnosed on the autism spectrum or with a non-verbal learning disability. Some students have co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, mental health concerns, or specific learning disabilities. These challenges often impact students’ abilities to access both their education and therapeutic functioning.
